My name is Yu Qing Guo, and I was born in China. My favorite color is green; I prefer mantis, pigment green, Paris green, and pistachio, the softer yet not too dark ones. My favorite number is 3. I prefer puppies and kitties over other pets because of their fluffiness with huge watery eyes, which contribues to their overall cuteness.

I always wondered about how websites worked, how they are created, and whenever I saw crappy ones there's always the urge to make it more pleasing to eyes. It's not like I'm the only one who does that from time to times, or maybe I am, I still wanted to improve my skills. It was during the Communication Systems class, a course I took in high school, which overwhelmed me with the intriguing world of web coding. I'm pretty sure that's the main reason I am actually in taking the Web Foundation course right now. As for my career, at first, I was thinking of becoming an Architect, then a Graphic Designer, and now... I think HCI might be a suitable major for me, but I don't really know what position will it lead me to. To put it simple, I want a career that includes my interests and most importantly will help provide a decent living environment for my parents.
